An after school dance program that gives children a hands-on experience with the arts.
Movement for Parkinson’s Disease is a FREE weekly dance class for people with a diagnosis of Parkinson’s Disease (PD) and their significant others. Students explore elements of dance to improve the quality of life through overall physical well-being, social interaction and creative expression, and targeted improvements in balance, strength and mobility.
A FREE dance class designed for ages 60+ with a focus on physical and cognitive wellness. Explore the benefits of ballet for body and mind through exercises emphasizing coordination, memory, and the joy of movement!
Meets on Zoom. Wednesday 5/12-6/23 from 12:30-1:30PM

A class for seasoned professionals and novice dancers alike at The Center. The class incorporates classical ballet principles and focuses on flexibility, strength, and conditioning, but mostly on fun!
Our Silver Swans class will resume beginning on Monday, May 3, 2021 at 11:00AM – 12:00PM and will continue weekly on Mondays.
