CBA’s Student Ensemble is for students who wish to train at a more elevated level with a focus on additional performances throughout the academic year. Participants will have performance opportunities in ballet plus the possibility of additional genres. The requirements are not as intense as our Pre-Professional Program, but will allow dancers additional training, choreography, and performance opportunities.
Requirements: No audition or invitation is required to join the Student Ensemble, but students must be at a ballet level of Ballet 1 or higher. Dancers are required to enroll in a minimum of two ballet classes, one additional genre class (dancer’s choice), and one Student Ensemble rehearsal class. Any additional classes are encouraged, but not required. Students are also expected to continue some dance training over the summer to maintain skills.
